Come and try out our Ashtanga Yoga Classes at the beautiful private studio inside Mrs Bs Community Centre in the heart of Ingleby Barwick. Hands-on, specialist support from fully qualified Ashtanga teacher, Yoga Mike. The class has a range of all abilities and is very friendly, laid back and doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or wanting to push your practise further, this is the class for you as the sessions are tailored and differentiated throughout.

A range of Funded Classes Across Teesside

Funded Men's Yoga

Yoga Mike and his team are oroud to be working with Stockton CGL on an initiative aimed at encouraging men to look after their physical and mental health through yoga.

These sessions are being offered across multiple venues in Teesside including Stockton, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Hartlepool.

Book now and you will get at least 4 FULLY FUNDED sessions to help you build strength, reduce injury and make you feel great.

At the end of each session, we’ll have 10-15 minutes to have a coffee, hang out so everyone is getting chance to socialise.

Yoga For Sports Clubs and 1:1 Athletes

Sport-Specific Yoga

We have worked with a number of prestige local clubs teaching sport-specific yoga which will help athletes to achieve better speed, agility, power, flexilibty and reduce injury in whatever sport they may do.

We have taught yoga for sports people across the whole of the North East including working with Middlesbrough Football players, the DC Presidents American Football Team, yoga for rugby players and a number of other sports clubs looking to improve their game.

Smaller Classes to Really Develop your Practise

1:1 & Small Group

Group classes are fantastic but if you are looking to significantly improve your yoga skills in a shorter amount of time, 1:1 and small group classes give you more opportunity to work on adjustments and give specific verbal feedback to really develop your skills.

We work with each individual to help them reach their goals. Whether someone wants to lose weight, tone up, improve at a sport, become more mindful and calm, we can tailor the yoga sessions to that individual.
